I am Frédéric Roland - founder of the agency
I am a telecom engineer and a graduate of two prestigious American universities: Johns Hopkins University and Princeton University, where I earned a Master of Science degree. My professional career has been primarily with major telecommunications companies, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia, based in Paris.
Throughout my journey, I have played a key role in developing software for mobile telecommunications infrastructures. I rose through the ranks of management, supervising development teams at various hierarchical levels. My expertise and leadership led me to manage technical teams across three continents: Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, contributing to innovative and globally impactful projects. I concluded my career within a wonderful training team, dedicated to equipping sales teams with the skills they need.
Beyond my professional achievements, I lead a rich and fulfilling family life. Married to a talented violinist, I am the father of three children, two of whom have pursued careers in music. Driven by my passion for music and a desire to give back, I co-founded the Geneva International String Academy with my daughter, an institution dedicated to nurturing young talents.
With a deep commitment to culture and the arts, I also aspire to promote the artists I know, leveraging my network and skills to support their growth and visibility. My journey reflects a rare combination of technological innovation and artistic engagement.
